Tips for beautiful slip trailing

Practice first to get used to the slip trailing bulb applicator. We recommend using on bone dry clay or bisque ware for best effect. Shake the liquid down to the nozzle end of the trailer and add a little water if necessary to ensure smooth flow. Drag the nozzle of the trailer across the surface of your pottery and never dig the nozzle into your surface – the movement of the slip trailer should be in the opposite direction in which the nozzle is pointed.
