We are a proud distributor of Australian made Venco products and an authorised repairer offering in-house Venco pottery wheel servicing.

There’s no need to book ahead – simply drop off your pottery wheel at our store in Milton and fill out our service form. Please advise us at the time whether there are any specific issues you might be experiencing with the wheel. Our service team will replace any parts if necessary and do their best to trouble shoot any issues.

The cost of the service will vary depending on the wheel issues. The wheel service is $110 per hour plus the cost of any parts required.

We kindly ask that you clean your wheel as best as possible before bringing it in, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

At this time we do not offer mobile wheel servicing.

Below are some useful, easy tips to help keep your Venco pottery wheel in good condition for as long as possible:

  • Clay is inherently corrosive. Keep your wheel clean by using a wet sponge to wipe down the surfaces. (Do NOT use a hose). Ensure that the wheel is switched off and unplugged from the power source before cleaning.
  • Do not block off the drainage spout as this could result in water and slip/clay ingress to the motor.
  • Keep the wheel indoors, and use it on a flat and level surface.
  • If you remove the bat pins from your wheel head, replace them with grub screws before using the wheel to avoid clay build up in the pin holes. If you purchased a wheel without pins, do NOT drill pin holes into the wheel head as this will void Venco’s warranty.
